airport proximity fast room service friendly staff broken escalator missing kettle pool closure

The hotel's proximity to the airport is fantastic. I walked across the street after arriving. room service was super fast, and the food arrived hot. the staff was friendly and got me checked in quickly (i appreciated that after a long flight!).

the escalators were out of order, and i had to carry my bag up the stairs. there was no kettle in my room and i had to request one. i also noticed the pool was closed for cleaning early in the morning (around 7 am), so i couldn't use it.

great location accommodating staff essential pool

i found the location convenient due to its proximity to the airport. the staff were accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. i particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, essential for coping with the philippine climate.

the escalator from the parking garage to the lobby was out of service, made carrying heavy luggage difficult.
